Governor Tom Wolf says he will veto a bill that would allow school districts to decide capacity for sporting events.
Wolf said that crowd restrictions need to be consistent across the state to limit the spread of COVID-19.
Republicans in the state house have previously said that if Wolf vetoes the bill, there would be a push to override his decision. When the bill initially passed earlier this month, there were Democrats who joined in support.
