After an appeal by six Pennsylvania Republicans to challenge federal law for those voting overseas, a district judge has rejected the appeal.
Congressman Mike Kelly was one of six Republicans included in a lawsuit that challenged the security of oversea ballots.
The judge in the case ruled against the republicans citing late filing and having “failed to articulate a viable cause of action.”
No word on if the group will file an appeal the Supreme Court.
