The Pennsylvania Game Commission is offering assistance to hunters who have had difficulties receiving licenses purchased online.
Those who bought a hunting license online and did not receive it within the seven to ten business day window are asked to contact the Game Commission’s license division by phone (717-787-2084) or email ([email protected]).
The contracted vendor responsible for mailing licenses to those who purchased them online is running behind schedule in some cases while a computer glitch that initially went unnoticed caused the vendor to temporarily misplace some online sales records.
Hunters are required to have a general hunting license before submitting applications for antlerless deer licenses but general licenses do not need to be in hand to submit the application. A hunter’s nine digit Customer Identification Number does not change year to year.
