There were 45 new cases of COVID-19 and no additional deaths for Butler County.
Statewide, there were 3,069 new cases and 40 additional deaths.
Hospitalizations across Pennsylvania meanwhile continue to trend downward since the beginning of the week. There are now 1,463 people receiving treatment for the coronavirus, which is down about 40 since Monday.
As of Wednesday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating seven patients for the coronavirus, with three COVID patients in the ICU.
