A free “shred event” will be held at Alameda Park tomorrow.
The event will allow residents to bring sensitive documents and have them shredded for free.
This will take place in the pool parking lot from 9 a.m. to noon tomorrow.
Organizers say this is being held in order to prevent identity theft by making sure the documents are destroyed in a safe setting.
The event is being sponsored by the Butler County Area Agency on Aging.
