A former athletic trainer at Pine Richland School District is facing charges after he allegedly recorded student athletes in the locker room.
Charges were filed against 34-year-old Samuel Fischer of Erie last week. Police say Fischer was an athletic trainer at Pine Richland from 2014 to 2019. During that time, he allegedly recorded videos of male students in the locker room and bathroom at the high school and middle school.
Police began their investigation in 2023, when Fischer was accused of similar crimes in Chester County.
Fischer was contracted to work at Pine Richland through a third-party.
Police are working to identify victims.
