Another Republican candidate is getting into the race for U.S. Senate.
Kathy Barnette of Philadelphia announced her candidacy yesterday. Barnette is a former member of the Army Reserve and the GOP candidate for Pennsylvania’s 4th Congressional District in 2020.
She is also a noted conservative commentator and would be the Republican Party’s first black, woman candidate for Senate.
Barnette joins Jeff Bartos as the two highest profile candidates to enter the GOP primary.
