With more rain expected Tuesday afternoon and evening, Butler County remains under a Flash Flood Watch through early Wednesday.
The National Weather Service is only expecting less than a half-an-inch- or so- of rain to fall during the remainder of the day and evening, but because the ground is already so saturated, flash flooding could occur.
So far, at least two roads in Butler County have been shut down due to flooding, according to Butler County Emergency Services.
A portion of Route 38 (Oneida Valley Road) in Center Township is closed- between Glenwood Way and Hoon Road. Route 38 is also closed in Oakland Township near the dam.
A portion of Yellow Creek Road in Lancaster Township is shut down, between East Lancaster Road and Little Creek Road.
