Fishing licenses and permits for next year are now available for sale in-person or online in the Commonwealth.
The cost of a license will remain at just under $15 for those 65 and older and those 16 to 64 will pay $28. The fee from purchasing a license goes towards financing several conservation and education programs.
Licenses can be purchased online at HuntFishPA.pa.gov or in person from a fishing license issuing agent.
A license is a requirement to fish in Pennsylvania and these newly sold licenses are for the 2025 fishing year.
