The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department is inviting local kids to an Easter event later today.
A Scavenger Easter Egg Hunt will take place at Alameda Park Odd Fellows Gazebo from 6:30 to 7 p.m. for ages 1 to 3 while ages 4 to 7 will be able to participate from 7 to 8 p.m. and ages 6 to 10 can join in with flashlights beginning at 8:15.
The cost is $10 per child and registration is available online with a two percent fee.
Older participants are reminded to bring their own flashlight.
