After being caught attempting to steal from Walmart, a man was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and is facing more charges.
30-year-old Louis Wagoner of Pittsburgh was caught attempting to steal just over $60 of merchandise at Walmart back on May 15.
When Butler Township Police arrived, a further search found Wagoner was also in possession of a control substance and drug paraphernalia.
Wagoner was charged with Retail Theft, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
