No motorists were injured in a one car crash that occurred last week in Slippery Rock Township.
According to the Butler State Police, a 20-year-old woman from New York State was traveling on Branchton Road near Hartzell Lane around 6pm on Thursday (June 20th) when a cat ran out onto the roadway.
Authorities say that the woman then swerved to avoid the cat, and then overcorrected. The car then crossed the westbound lane and traveled through a barbed wire fence before coming to a final rest in a pasture on Hartzell Lane.
No additional information was immediately available.
