A man is accused of using a drill to threaten a woman during a road rage incident.
State police say the incident happened in late January on Route 422 East near the intersection with McGrady Road.
According to police, during the road rage incident James Conway allegedly brandished a black handheld drill and threatened a 24-year-old woman from Kittanning.
Police did not say what led to the road rage incident.
