Butler City officials are reminding downtown shoppers that parking at some meters remains free through the New Year.
Each year, the city waives the parking fee at all metered street parking spots to encourage people to come to downtown Butler.
There are still payments needed in city garages and parking lots.
Drivers are also reminded about the 2-hour time limit on Main Street in Butler, and residential enforcement.
