The morning commute was stifled in southern Butler County Friday morning.
Just after 7 a.m., numerous poles and trees went down in the Gibsonia area. This is near the Butler/Allegheny County line at the intersection with Sandy Hill Road.
Traffic quickly built up, with one witness describing it as “chaotic.”
