We now know more information about the Monday morning accident in Brady Township we first told you about yesterday.
According to State Police, 40-year-old Patricia Huntington of Slippery Rock was driving south on Route 8 North near Weeks Road just after 5:30 a.m. when she crossed the center line for an unknown reason.
Huntington’s vehicle collided head on with a vehicle driven by 59-year-old David Phillips of Renfrew. Phillips and his passenger (58-year-old Gina Severino also of Renfrew) were both extricated and transported by Butler Ambulance Service to Grove City Medical Center for treatment of possible injury.
Huntington was also extricated by Slippery Rock emergency responders and taken to Grove City Medical Center for treatment. Their current conditions are unknown at this time. Huntington has been charged with a driving violation.
