Crews were busy this morning responding to numerous accidents and incidents across the county.
On I-79 southbound in Worth Township around 6:30 a.m., a vehicle traveled off the road and into the woods. Crews on the scene said a man was bleeding from the head when they arrived.
Just before 9 a.m. on Evans City Road, two vehicles were involved in an accident that injured multiple people. The accident happened in the 800 block—near Kriess Road. The severity of the injuries to the people involved are unknown.
McCalmont Road in Butler Township meanwhile was shut down for some of the morning commute when a tractor trailer couldn’t get under the train overpass.
