Cranberry Township officials are saying the water supply is safe in the aftermath of the train derailment in Eastern Ohio.
Officials say that the township’s water supply is taken from the Ohio River, which is about 30 miles upstream of the crash.
They add that the township and their water provider are closely monitoring the situation and will take any necessary steps to ensure the safety of the water.
