Motorists are being advised to find alternative routes following a water main break Thursday afternoon in Cranberry Township.
The break occurred shortly after noon near the intersection of Route 19 North and the Streets of Cranberry shopping plaza.
Crews are on the scene determining the extent of the problem and beginning repair work. Businesses in the area are being affected up to Smith Drive and water buffalos are being delivered by the township.
This issue is expected to continue to impact businesses and possibly traffic for the rest of the afternoon and into the evening.
