Cranberry Township could be updating their door-to-door solicitation policy.
The proposed policy would amend the days when soliciting is allowed and adds tiered penalties for those who violate the ordinance, which could include a permanent ban for repeat offenders.
The proposal also would strengthen the township’s “Do Not Knock” list. However, this list excludes political canvassing.
Supervisors will vote on the proposal at their next public meeting.
