A public meeting will be held Tuesday night to discuss the potential salary increase for the county coroner.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Butler County Government Center.
Butler County Solicitor Wil White said that the coroner currently makes just over $73,000 per year, which is about $13,000 less than other elected positions at the county.
The county commissioners are expected to vote on the issue at Wednesday’s public meeting.
