Long-time Karns City head football coach Ed Conto has retired after 18 years with the Gremlins, and 30 years total. Conto is the fourth-winningest coach in District-9 history, with an overall record of 203-126-3. At Karns City, Conto was 167-52 and won 11 District-9 championships, including six in a row to close his career.
