Concordia’s Cabot location is dealing with a growing number of coronavirus cases.
According to Concordia’s website, at three different facilities on the Cabot campus there are 88 active cases among residents and 13 employees.
The state’s Department of Human Services data shows that Concordia’s Lund care center has had 139 cases and 27 patients die of COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic.
Over 50 percent of the COVID deaths in the county have happened in long-term care facilities. So far 116 residents across the county have died since the beginning of the pandemic.
