A community theater in Cranberry Township is closing its doors for good.
The Comtra Theatre announced they are closing after 42 years in operation. The owners cited operational costs and other demands of running a theater.
The Comtra started as a theater group in a tent, before purchasing an old barn on Route 19. The barn was eventually renovated into its current condition.
