Officers seized over $16,000 in drugs and cash and arrested three people following a drug bust Wednesday morning in the city of Butler.
In a joint effort by Butler County Drug Task Force officers and Butler City Police, 38-year-old Mathias Johnson and 39-year-old Shawn Ferrer, both of Butler, and 27-year-old Alexander Henson of Harrisburg were arrested following the bust at a home in the 300 block of First Street. According to court documents, Johnson lived at the First Street home.
Officers seized nearly 900 stamp bags of heroin (with a street value of $9,000), 47 packages of crack cocaine (valued at over $2,000) and almost $5,000 in cash.
Officers say the bust was a result of an ongoing drug investigation.
