Cooking the turkey for Thanksgiving can be an adventure for some folks, especially if it’s your first time.
Well, in case you’re running into trouble, the Butterball Hotline is there to help you.
“We’re here on Thanksgiving Day for 12 hours and we’re actually here through December 24th,” Sue Smith of the Butterball Hotline said.
“But it’s fun to help people. We get a lot of first time cooks who are stepping up and preparing the turkeys. Those are fun calls too.”
The number is 1-800-BUTTERBALL.
She says the service has been around for 39 years, and they’ve incorporated new ways to reach out. That includes email, online chats, and texting.
