A local government official has been recognized with a couple of state honors for his hard work.
Butler Township Commissioner Dave Zarnick recently received an award from the Governor’s office for excellence in local government.
Zarnick also received a citation from the state senate to go along with the Governor’s award.
Zarnick plans to display the award and citation in his office at the Butler Township Municipal Building.
