The Butler Township Police are searching for a suspect who tried to make contact with a 12-year-old boy last week.
According to our news partners at WPXI, the suspicious activity occurred around 6pm on Tuesday night near the intersection of North Boundary Street and Garden Avenue.
Authorities say that the suspect asked the boy to come over to the car, but the boy ran off in another direction. The man reportedly never left his car.
Officials say that the suspect was wearing a black hoodie, sunglasses and had a black goatee. He was also driving an older model gray sedan.
