One person was taken to the hospital following an accident Sunday in Butler Township.
The one vehicle crash happened around 3:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Whitestown Road. Police say 40-year-old James Connors of Butler was driving west when he failed to make a turn in the road. His car then hit a PennDOT sign and struck a tree.
He suffered moderate injuries in the crash, and had to be taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
