A Butler man was killed in a four vehicle accident Thursday evening.
According to the police report, 44-year-old Troy Andres was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash happened around 7:45 p.m. on Evans City Road in Forward Twp.
One other driver was transported to Allegheny General Hospital to treat injuries.
