The Butler Golden Tornado lost to Mt. Lebanon Friday night 44-21.
Butler scored early in the game when Andrew Kline intercepted a pass and returned it for a touchdown putting Butler up 7-0. Mt. Lebanon took over from there however by returning a couple of interceptions for touchdowns.
Butlers Byron Manchester had 84 yards on the night including a 47 yard touchdown run in the third quarter.
The Golden Tornado play Pine Richland next week on the road. Tune into 1050am WBUT starting at 7:15 p.m. with the pregame show. Kickoff is 7:30 p.m.
