The 2018 Butler County Cross Country All-Star teams have been announced.
–Sam Owori of Seneca Valley was named the Boys Runner of the Year. The Raiders led the county with six runners named to the team. Butler had two. Mars, Knoch, Freeport and North Catholic had one each. Seneca Valley coach Steve Strelick was named coach of the year.
–Alaina Hicks of North Catholic high school was named Girls Runner of the Year. She was one of two Trojans named to the team. Seneca Valley led with four. Butler, Mars, Knoch and Slippery Rock had one all-star each. North Catholic coach Stacy Kopchak was named coach of the year.
