The Butler BlueSox lost last night to Champion City by a final of 3-2.
The BlueSox pitching staff fared well in the game, scattering seven hits, one walk, and eight strikeouts over the first eight innings. Unfortunately, three BlueSox errors lead to all three of Champion City’s unearned runs in the game.
The BlueSox will be on the road again tonight as they finish their two game series against Champion City. The team will be back in Butler on Tuesday for a two game series against the West Virginia Miners.
