Healthy community members are encouraged to help neighbors in need through participation in upcoming blood drives.
An American Red Cross drive is taking place today from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Slippery Rock University’s Robert Smith Center.
An additional local drive is planned for tomorrow (Wednesday) at Center Presbyterian Church in Slippery Rock from noon to 5:30 p.m.
Those able to donate at these drives are asked to make an appointment through the website of the American Red Cross, the Red Cross Blood Donor App, or by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS.
