Four bills that look to protect the Affordable Care Act in Pennsylvania have passed the state house and will now head to the senate.
Senate Committees will have the opportunity to change or push three pieces of legislation forward that prevents any federal decision on the Affordable Care Act impacting Pennsylvania.
The four bills require health insurance policies to cover preventive care services, preventing capping coverage for essential benefits, protects coverage for pre-existing conditions, and allowing parents to keep their children on their insurance until age 26.
