At least two people have been seriously injured as a result of a crash Wednesday afternoon on Route 422 in East Butler.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center shortly after 4 p.m. for an accident with injury on Route 422 East.
Crews from East Butler and Herman were among those arriving on the scene to find at least three people in need of medical treatment.
Two STAT MedEvac helicopters were called to land on Route 422 to transport at least two people for medical treatment of unknown injuries. The cause of the crash is also unknown at this time.
