Students at AC Valley will be learning remotely for the next two days.
The district says they have had a growing number of cases, especially at the elementary level. There are currently 10 students who have tested positive, with six more pending tests.
Superintendent David McDeavitt also says that about 70 people are now quarantined.
He adds that they’re especially concerned about a possible outbreak for 5th and 6th graders.
The district has reached out to the Department of Health for additional guidance.
