Four players are atop the leaderboard at the 114th West Penn Golf Association Open being played this week at Oakmont Country Club. Nathan Smith, Brett Young, Kevin Koerbel and Matt Holuta all shot an even par 70 Monday. Butler Country Club’s Rob McClellan is one stroke back entering today’s round.
