Pitt Football is in the news after superstar receiver Tyler Boyd was arrested for a DUI.
The Clariton native, who is a 20-year-old rising junior, was pulled over by police Friday morning on Route 885 in Jefferson Hills, and was taken to a local hospital for blood tests.
While charges haven’t been filed yet, the junior’s arrest is the first publicly known issue for the program since Pat Narduzzi took over as head coach. Narduzzi has yet to announce any disciplinary actions against Boyd.
