The Butler BlueSox fell to the West Virginia Miners 4-2 last night in the Prospect League. Butler BlueSox starter Ben Hartz took the loss, he allowed two earned runs on five hits over four innings, strking out four. Jon Laird was dominant out of the bullpen for the Sox. He pitched five innings of relief, retiring 15 of 16 batters he faced. The Sox travel to Indiana for a two-game series with Richmond beginning tonight.//
