Flood Watch until 3 AM Sunday Morning

The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a Flood Watch until 3 AM Sunday Morning. The expected rainfall totals could cause area streams and creeks to overflow their banks, as well as standing or flowing water across some roadways.
