Pennsylvania unemployment remained steady according to the latest job numbers.
The March jobs report says the state unemployment rate stayed even at 3.8 percent.
That still remains below the national average of 4.2 percent. Both figures are slightly higher than the figures from 2024.
The Department of Labor say non-farm jobs were up nearly 21,000 over the last month—bringing the estimated workforce in Pennsylvania to just over 6.2 million.
