
High school musical season around the Butler County area kicks off later this week with performances from a couple of local schools.
Seneca Valley will perform their all-school musical, “The SpongeBob Musical”, with shows beginning at 7 p.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, as well as 2 p.m. matinee shows Saturday and Sunday in the Seneca Valley Intermediate School Auditorium. The Saturday matinee will be a sensory-friendly show with lower sound levels, dimmed lighting, and a sign language interpreter. Tickets for all shows are $12 for adults and $10 for students and can be purchased through the Seneca Valley website.
Students at Knoch School District will perform their annual musical “Catch Me If You Can” this Friday and Saturday beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Knoch High School Auditorium along with a Sunday matinee at 2. Those planning to attend are asked to bring a non-perishable canned good donation to benefit the Cabot Food Bank.
