Preparations are underway for another edition of the Saxonburg Holiday Parade.
The annual parade is scheduled to begin Friday at 7 p.m. highlighted by a new parade route from the Carnival Grounds to Dollar General.
The evening also includes plenty of activities on Main Street such as free horse and buggy rides, free hot chocolate and a decorated tree contest at the Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church, and a holiday market as well as cookies with Santa at the library.
There will be traffic restrictions in downtown Saxonburg between 5 and 9 p.m. Visit the Saxonburg Area Business Association website for more information.
