Healthy community members are encouraged to help a critically low blood supply through participation in an upcoming blood drive.
The American Red Cross drive is coming up Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Butler VA on North Duffy Road.
Anyone who donates at this drive will receive two pairs of custom FRIENDS + Red Cross socks, while supplies last. An additional drive is planned for Wednesday, December 4th at Center Presbyterian Church in Slippery Rock.
Anyone able to donate should make an appointment through the website of the American Red Cross, the Red Cross Blood Donor App, or by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS.
