PennDOT is announcing changes to traffic patterns as part of the Freedom Road expansion project in Cranberry Township.
Effective immediately, there are no left turns permitted from Rolling Road to westbound Freedom Road and from westbound Freedom Road to Rolling Road.
The detour from Freedom Road will utilize Parkwood Drive while motorists needing to travel from Rolling Road can use Laporte Drive.
The $18 million Freedom Road expansion project includes new highway and turning lanes, along with signal upgrades and safety improvements with an estimated date of completion one year from now.
