A housing development was approved to downsize by the Jefferson Township Planning Commission by more than half.
The Trails at Harmony Junction, the planned neighborhood was downsized from 37 single family units to 17.
The reason for the change is due to “unsustainable soil” that was encountered during construction.
Due to this the Spencer Court extension has been shortened.
There are currently no other proposed items for changes.
