Ahead of trick-or-treat tomorrow night, officials are urging drivers to be careful on the road.
With thousands of kids running around neighborhood streets going door-to-door, PennDOT officials say drivers should slow down and be aware of their surroundings.
They say for drivers to keep an eye out for children that may dart onto the streets or in between cars.
Officials also say that if you’re at a Halloween party, make sure to have a designated driver if you’re having an alcoholic beverage.
