Three former Connoquenssing Township employees are suing the township and Supervisor Vice Chairman Ricky Kradel for alleged abuse and misconduct.
Lucas Langer, William Chuba, and Timothy Manuel, are seeking damages in excess of $35,000 after they allege Kradel would tell them to violate safety policies, yell at the men for taking breaks, and that their union contract has no language for harassment and abuse.
In total there are six incidents in the suit that the men have brought forward of violations.
The contract does have a grievance procedure but this does not cover a supervisor according to the suit.
