Butler County Community College will relocate their Lawrence County campus next summer.
At their meeting Wednesday, BC3 trustees approved the move of Lawrence Crossing from the current location in Union Township to Shenango Township.
The 10 year lease at the new location in New Castle at Shenango Commons, formerly known as Lawrence Village Plaza, will cost BC3 nearly $161,000 annually for the first five years then just over $182,000 annually for the remaining five.
The college’s 10 year lease at their current location expires at the end of June 2025.
